Introduction to JuJitsu
Learn the basics of leverage and locks!
Students will be introduced to Brazilian JuJitsu (BJJ), one of the most effective martial arts on the planet. This class will focus on the self-defense aspects of BJJ.
Please bring a water bottle and wear shorts and a t-shirt to class.
