Adult Power Hour
Power hour training is a blend of total body movements including: weightlifting, running, jumping, and daily challenges for adults looking to be pushed in a group setting. We strive for a high intensity and a fun atmosphere each session. Everything we do can be modified to meet your needs.
Date: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Session 4: Feb. 26 - April 19 (no class March 18, 20, 22)
Time: 5:00 am –6:00 am
Location: Pine Island HS Fitness Center
Cost: $60 per session
